Meet the Llamas

Our pack llamas were born and raised to be on the trail.

Blue

Blue is an eight year old seasoned packer and is named Blue for his blue eyes. He is a hard worker and often will lead the string.

Melvin

Melvin is a seven year old seasoned packer. He is very gentle and while all our llamas are great with kids, Melvin is the best. He is our slowest packer but steady and does great packing.

Joel

Joel is a three year old male from an amazing Wilderness Ridge Trail Llama lineage. While young, he is a great packer and can also lead the string.

Tugboat

Tugboat is our youngest packer at age two. He currently can pack only light weight but will be ready to pack full weight in the summer of 2025. He is calm and also wonderful with kids.
